    Such an awesome quilt I have wanted to make one for a while but like everyone else it's a bit intimidating. One of these days I'll just bite the bullet and try it!

    I made the king size for my grandson's teen quilt a few years ago. I really enjoyed the process. Lots of pieces but the directions were easy to follow and he loves it. His is all blacks and grays with a gray minky backing.

    Just wondering if you used a different pattern than I did...Quilt April/May 2012 issue. The one with all the corrections later published on line... I would love to know what patterned you use..may consider making another using your color choices... if you have a different pattern source.
