Looks very similar to many of the Stonehenge fabrics by Northcott. Try a google and shop around. I bet you find it.

Look at keepsake quilting. It may be Tonga treats batik.

Any ideas on how I the non-wholesaler can buy it?

She said it's not a batik. If it was, I'd say try Batiks Plus for Hoffman. Hope you can get a better pic because it looks familiar but can't be sure from pic.

Success! I found it on Missouri quilts - it's out of stock, but I called them, and they are getting more in May! Yeah - thanks so much for all your help!
