    Thanks, everyone.

I am actually in the pacific northwest (US) I did a mockup in EQ8 of precipitation for 2016 and there was definitely more precipitation and therefore more blue. But no worries - I love the serendipitousness of it.

I did create a key for the back of the quilt because I knew I would never remember the precipitation ranges. Just realized I intended to add decorative snowflake buttons on the very few days we got snow. Hmm... I have the buttons. Now do I want to add them or not ?

I actually made a wallhanging for the high temps in 2017 and another one for the low temps in 2017. Those flimsies are done. Just need to sandwich, quilt and bind them. Hope to finish at least one of them this weekend.

I don't think I'll make another set for year over year comparison but who knows what the future may bring. I have found myself looking at them to compare this year's temps to last year's temps.

This is the best quilt I've seen on this site. Very clever! Thank you so much for sharing.

Thats too funny Pearl. I have to agree with you although I do hear you are having a heatwave this week, a little speck of white if you decide to make one
