I like it! What kind of batting do you use? It's hard to see, but it looks like sparkly in the border? I LOVE sparkly! Way to go girl!! One down and 11 more to go! Good for you!

I actually didn't use any batting. I backed it with fleece and that makes it pretty cozy (though I'm positive it's not "correct" in the actual quilting world)

I did use sparkly silver thread for the quilting, and one of the blue fabrics has silver hearts printed on it.

It's for a friend's wedding - her wedding colors are ice blue and black.

Oh boy, here I go again. 11 days to go and I need another kick-start. Hmm - can't decide which UFO to tackle. I have 2 quilts to get the binding on. Guess I'd better grab one of those next. This is a short month.
