I don't have one. However, I'd like to see a photo. I have a couple of 15-91's, including the one I learned to sew on as a kid. So, they interest me.
What makes it a 15-22? I did a search but did not find anything actually identified as a 15-22.

The 15-22 (like the 15-1/Improved Family) uses a long beak shuttle, which is a different mechanism to the ones on the later 15s. It's interesting because they (being the 15-1 and 15-22) are mostly identical to later models, bar the bobbin mechanism. I'm a huge fan of mine; it's a beautiful machine to use, though it's honestly louder than other 15s I've used, which is likely down to that bobbin mechanism.

Did you get a manual and attachments with it?
Is it a hand crank or treadle?
It appears there is another model that has a long beak shuttle that isn't on ISMACS model list a 15-43
