Iced coffee from Cumberland Farms - any size for $.99 - and you can mix and match flavors, decaf, special creamers, whatever you like. Great treat on a hot day.

I used to like soft serve from McDonald's until I read about how seldom the machines get cleaned. Once I get a "yuk" thought in my head, it is hard to get rid of it.

Sadly my toenails are too ugly for a pedicure!

A saunter through an antique shop, preferably one I have never visited. Don't even need the $$, just time alone to admire and explore.

I love Champagne. I have a glass when I finish a quilt. A root beer float comes in second and I have more of those then the Champagne. LOL

I can shop whenever I want. Leave DH a note and go. I have left at 3 am for Walmart when I ran out of interfacing at 2:45 LOL

Alone time with my daughter. She's a massage therapist so alone time with her giving me a massage would be a real treat. She works so hard on others that I don't like asking. That would be my chosen outlet.

I splurged for a facial after each school quarter ended this past school year. It was something I looked forward to all quarter. I realized that it wasn't just good for my face, but also good for my overall system. Cheaper than therapy or medical procedures, too! I'm working on losing weight, so am trying not to do many food treats like some of you are. I get pedicures, give myself manicures, and give myself permission to relax now that summer is here.

Kay, have you been to fabric depot this spring? Lots of changes! (and I'm using some of your shirts as we speak! Doing something I haven't seen anyone else do. Thank you again for your kindness)
-----------------
I said I had a reason for starting this thread, I was trying to draw a friend here out in the open so I could get her a treat, something she wanted
She didn't cooperate, so I chose wildly.

It is funny so many of us mention food. my current treat is Dannon flavored fat free yogurt with 1/4 cup of crunchy great grains cereal on the top. I can draw that out at least 15 minutes, pretty good for a treat which is often fleeting.

like Kay above me, an hour or more just walking around fabric depot in Portland Oregon is a wonderful treat. I quit buying fabric a long time ago, but the color and incentive and current trends and tools...just warms my heart.
