WOW what a wonderful husband. So nice of him to even think of doing that for his kids let a lone actually doing it!
You two seem to have a wonderful relationship, I predict many happy years and growing old together. Maybe the answer is you do the quilt making and he can do the long arm. Then when you are both comfortable with your jobs you can switch.

we have been together for 14 years now and still going strong. I did tell him about the DH I read about that did the quilting on the long arm, he said no but you never know :twisted:

No pic of the finished quilt.. just gave him some strips to practice on. Dont think he would have the patience to do a whole quilt as he isnt one to sit, he has to be up and going all the time
