I have just recently started to bring my own bags into stores and I just ask that they not make it to heavy for me to caŕry. I usually hand them several bags.

I’ll take them over all that plastic any day.

Your bags are great and a good way to cut down on the use of plastic. I take my own bags all the time. I am amazed at how long they last! And, I like the fact that when they get soiled they can be washed. I do, however, ask that my meat products be put in a plastic bag before going in the cloth bag. I re-use that bag for a trash can liner.
