Yes I also received that email and the gift they sent was way above what most companies would have done!! Very good customer service. I love their videos and have printed out a lot of the patterns.

Right now I'm working on a Radiant quilt that she does a tutorial on. I haven't bought any of their kits but have heard they are really nice.
I also love her tutorials.

I've done tote bags with the large cat prints. Loved them.

I recently made their Jagged-Edge Table Runner and it turned out great! Donna Jordan has the BEST hints and suggestions and this site is (by far) my favorite YouTube channel. I have learned so much from watching her videos! My table runner wouldn't have turned out half as nice if I hadn't followed Donna's suggestions.

I have done several of them, and I have found them to be excellent. I have purchased two of the kits, and they were cut beautifully, and I had no problem putting them together.

I know this thread is old, but I just stumbled onto Jordan Fabrics videos and was impressed enough to Google what others thought. I'm with you all. She has a wonderful shop and is an extraordinary teacher. And I loved her studio tour. I drool over her sit down industrial sewing machine, just zip-zip fast. I am considering getting one myself so I really appreciated her talking about it. And I'm not surprised that her service is so good. I haven't bought anything from her yet, but likely will.
