Love the pigs, so far! I have a bit of pink ric rac saved from little girls' dressmaking.

Can someone please post a link to the Facebook page where we post our pigs? TIA.

Thanks y'all. Looking forward to seeing everyone's pigs. I don't know how to create a link but on Facebook it's, Fun on the Farm with Quilt in a day and on the Quilt in a Day website it's under the Events tab. Took forever to find it.

sJens, Bravo, so cute!! I love your ribbon tail.

My block is finished as well. But, I am having complications re-sizing and posting. I will keep working on it.

Finally, only 2 hours later and I think I have it re-sized right. (I hope so, anyway.)

Here is August block, Joy the Scrappy Pig. Joy is going to get some type of eye. (It freaks me out without one.) It was so much fun to make. I did a blend of raw edge applique (sun) and turned edge applique (Joy).

I liked how on Facebook someone added a Charlotte the spider from "Charlotte's Web". Charlotte may appear in my block at the end. I want to make her with a button.

I've had that teeny yellow gingham for years. And, I only had about a half yard to start with. But, it is almost completely gone. Just a few 5" squares left in the scrap bin. (And, it is 100 percent cotton.)

Love the blue sky y'all. Already rethinking what blue do I have for sky in my stash. Is anyone else thinking of making the fence and adding it as it goes along? When I jump I have a tendency to jump feet first.

If you download the finishing directions, the sashing and cornerstones are referred to as fencing. I'm thinking ahead and maybe adding it as I go along. It would be easy since it isn't a long strip of sashing, just around each block.
