    yes I did fussy cut the center squares. The large ones first, then as an afterthought ( auditioned many other fabrics for the small braids before turning back to the Swiss cheese left over fabric from the large ones) I didn’t get the small ones as precise as the big ones but I think it will be ok.

    Lovely fabrics. Is the center medallion a Paul Nadelstern fabric? Looks like it and excellent way to use it like that.

    Yes I do believe it is one of Paula’s fabrics. I purchased it while on vacation thinking I would use it in my Lucy Boston Patchwork of the crosses project. So far none of it has found its way into that project. I just wanted something to help ( spice up) all that purple.
