My dad was a Zoo superintendent. We raised lion cubs at home. I would have loved this one. A great childhood.

My uncle thought he was quite the sportsman and kept a pet deer. Everything was fun and games tilll he found his wife trampled dead. Wild animals are wild. Always will be.

My daughter runs into this all the time in the place she lives in outside Banff, Alberta. Tourists feed and approach wildlife, wildlife get used to people, don't realize people are fragile and make a natural mistake or even attack. Bam! I so agree with you. Humans do the stupid thing and the repercussions are delt to the innocent. Makes me cry.

I remember just recently a dumb tourist harrassing a buffalo. Fortunately, the wildlife officer arrested the dumb tourist and protected the bison. People forget that animals are wild, especiallly folks who live in cities and are not exposed to animals at an early age.
