Is this a single pattern or did you design it? Amazing. I would love to try my hand at this one BUT it's rather intimidating. Especially since it was named "the evil one". Colors are gorgeous. Quilting is top quality as well as gorgeous too. You've got a masterpiece on your hands.

BSKTLOFR- Quilter . [Is this a single pattern or did you design it?] .

The single pattern is in the book Tried and True, Renewed. The star went together like a charm and I paper pieced the log cabins for accuracy. It really went together quite easily. It temporarily became the "evil one" as I was doing the quilting. I hadn't gotten the flannel backing quite tight enough and had pleats that I couldn't stand and so had to redo some areas. Thank you for the compliments.

Again, I would like to thank everyone for their kind words. This group is so encouraging and supportive - it really does inspire me to challenge myself.

I love your color choices and quilting. Such a chore quilting that much fabric on a domestic machine. Want talent!

Very pretty! Give yourself a pat-on-the-back for sticking in there. Worth all the effort.

Absolutely gorgeous. You did such a wonderful job on it. I think it will keep you nice and warm in the winter time with wool batting.
