I like them all, but I think the red and white is my favorite. There is a class on Creativebug that shows how to make a pineapple block. It caught my interest because of the many possibilities, and also because it looked like fun. But the instructor's blocks didn't seem very accurate. So I ordered the Creative Grid template. I haven't tried it yet, but your photos make me want to get started.
