Trust your self on the various feet and guides, some maybe better than others but a lot has to do with personal preferances and what you get used to. Best of luck with your FW projects.

I like the plastic "Little Foot" also. It seems very accurate for the scant 1/4".

For those of you who are interested, there is a timeline history of Singer Featherweights that shows the pictures of the changes. It is at the singer feather weight shop. Thank you for the parts link.
