Whirlwind table runner for a friend's new black and white apt. I think this is the fastest thing I've ever made! Started yesterday and finished in time for a dinner party tonight.

This past week, I went on a hunt and find through finished quilts. Guess what I found! Unfinished quilts. I never even liked them, so why are they taking up space. Pulled one out-just needs binding and a thourough wash. It can go to charity quilts, someone else will like it.

Yes... our little quilt group of 8 used to draw names and make a nice gift for that one person.... then we decided not to do that as we all have more than we need....but... then... when we have our potluck Xmas together.... we/someone ?? started putting a little gift beside each plate....so this will be my contribution.... one lady does not quilt/sew anymore so we can't do quilt related gifts.... one lady is now in care so I imagine her DD will show her the goodies....

Grannies G, I love your arrow quilt pieces. The colors are great. And, Raggiesmom, your Christmas decorations are so cute.
I like your quilt Brook. It's such happy colors!

Thank you cashs_mom. I think Reggiesmom’s ornaments are great too. I love the autum colors and especially the sashing on Battle Axes quilt. The arrow quilt is pretty and I’m looking forward to seeing it quilted. Would never be able to finish that pretty table runner in that time frame Watson. Something else to aspire to. Happy quilting tomorrow everyone.
