I’m in! I want to finish one quilt, I just have to sew all the rows together and then get it on the longarm, since I will be using a all over meander it should be done in a few hours and if I’m really lucky I can get my binding done too!

Have fun everyone. I'll be cutting out pajama pants tomorrow while I'm babysitting my granddog. I bought 5 different cuts of cute flannel prints earlier this year and completely forgot about them until last week. Time to get them cut and sewn up.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!

I'm in! I've tidied my sewing room tonight and will be ready to start tomorrow afternoon, after a few shopping tasks in the morning, one of which is to book myself a place on our local quilt shops "fmq for beginners" course for Feb, that's my Christmas present when I get back to the sewing machine I'll be aiming to finish my cathedral window cushion cover. Then I can hopefully squeeze in a bonus project on Sunday.
I'm up for a virtual quilting day on new year's day too! Wishing you all full bobbins for the weekend ahead!

I'm in for this weekend and NYD. This week's projects: (1) To bind my Nebraska quilt, I just got it back from my quilter this afternoon. It's a gift to my husband and I. I plan to wash sheets on Christmas Eve and put the new quilt on the bed during the day. I also plan (2) to make matching pillowcases as well. (3) quilt my Olaf throw for my GN (4) sew a simple train quilt top and quilt it, so it can go out in the mail Monday. Yes they will be late for Christmas. I also need to make a pillowcase for my brother and bake his favorite cookies. I tested baked a batch last week and ate them. I will also be working on my BHMQ-GF step#1 and Step #4 in between all of the other projects.

Will be quilting all weekend. Sewing the rows together for my Grandsons rag denim and flannel shirt quilt. It 12 by 12 6 inch squares. Trying to sew through in some places three layers of denim isn't easy. Tried using my walking foot, but its not universal. Won't work with my brother. Have to put the back on my younger grandsons quilt. \
