When I click that link, I just find another picture of a quilt done the same way. I think the OP is looking for a pattern, instructions or at least a name for the block.

If I click on the picture, it takes me to a book that has that pattern in it. It's called New Cuts for New Quilts by Karla Alexander.

StephanieR, I think you were correct. I believe that quilt is in the book New Cuts for New Quilts by Karla Alexander. It's a "stack the deck" quilt.
