Cheesecake? Where? Who said cheesecake???
Sounds yummy! I make a killer pumpkin cheesecake, well, it is if you love pumpkin anyway. And I’ve got two other family cheesecake recipes, both of those are old. DH and I come from families whose preferred desserts are usually cheesecake. I only make on per year though as I’ve got zero ability to walk past it without taking a sliver, over and over until it’s gone.

Hi all
I finally got my fabric to the postman..had it ready to go but life got in the way of mailing..NZ..much luck to the hubby for passing his test, one of my grandsons is doing the journeymen's school also..it is suppose to be cold here in Ga also..a couple of day ago it was 70 and now its suppose to get in the 20's..crazy weather..but it does give us lots of time to stay indoors and sew. I am trying the QAYG, thanks to sewbizgirl for sending me the link

Here is the cheesecake
I watched a Bluprint class to learn how to make the correctly. This is my third one and I think I'm getting the hang of it. I sub Greek yogurt for the sour cream and don't notice a difference in the taste or texture, but it's less calories that way.
It's snowing here again, and I'm going to head out and spend some time with my LA. I really need to get some quilt tops quilted instead of making more of them.

Oh Cathy, my mouth is watering just looking at that scrumptious cheesecake! The picture itself looks like it could be on the cover of a magazine with the cheesecake on the blue Fiesta plate.

I make the mini cheesecakes with a small crust, cheese and usually strawberries on top..I ONLY make them at Christmas and take them to work or Id eat them all!! Found the little mini crusts at walmart!!
