    Very nice use of scraps. You are right, there is lots of money tied up in scraps and they make such wonderful quilts. I admire your diligence is using them so beautifully. Yes, keep going and don't forget to keep us posted.

    Very pretty! Are you using a specialty ruler for making half square rectangles?

    PWBarb..Most fabric is now $10 to $12 and doubt it will ever get back to $9 except on sale.

    Fabric costs the same per yard...whether it comes in big or small pieces.

    I am paper piecing strings. Made a rectangle sew the strips on a diagonal then cut corner to corner.
