Looks like the start of a grand adventure. Will look forward to seeing your progress. Who knows, maybe it will come together faster then you thing.

Wow! YOu must love a challenge. To me, this quilt looks like it's the equivalent of the free solo climb of El Capitan in Yosemite. It's something I'll watch with admiration, but I'll never try it myself!

Looks like a wonderful project that will require a step by step plan for completion. It is a great and wonderful challenge.

no I will never do this quilt, but isn't it awesome?
It just occurred to me why we have so much trepidation for some patterns?
You have two diff patterns - one easyish and one complex.
Your cutting fabrics for both, piecing together for both and stitching for
both. What is it that makes us run to or run from?
For me it's my head, lol. I love that there are those of us that will do the
grand ones, the beautiful and spectacular quilts. I can't wait to see it
as you step by step make your heirloom quality masterpiece
