Thank You!! I marked the quilt myself using a few stencils and then some designs I made out of tag board and of course my rulers!!!

Thank you!! You know, it was actually really fun. A good way to start doing a whole cloth quilt like this is start small, like a 15" square quilt wall-hanging, then with each one after go a little bigger. This one measures about 35" square.

Absolutely stunning! I like your idea of starting small to learn how to do this. I haven't made anything yet using stencils. All the marking seems to be overwhelming to me but I really need to try it. Thank you for sharing your beautiful quilt. I can't being to imagine how many hours you spent quilting ... not sure I could have parted with it.

Your quilt is an inspiration and although I will never attain to this level of precision with exquisite design elements, it is a delight to see this creative work. And your post has rekindled me appreciation for my Juki 2010Q. I have always liked it, but you have upped my respect for this sister machine. It makes a precise stitches, which is reflected in your quilt. Thank you so much for posting.
