Gorgeous quilt. Love the way the flowered fabrics make up a portion of the log cabin.

Love it. Love the design that you put together the blocks makes the floral fabrics the focus.

I am a huge fan of the log cabin pattern, have made About 30 Log cabin quilts and have a couple I have started cutting out. Had to put my quilting on hold for the past couple of years, hubby's bad health, but now after I get the house straighten out I will get back to my quilting. Have to make some more of my dyeing to quilt quilts. I dye all the fabric, 5then make the quilt, it was a 4H class I did, and the 3 quilts I made went to sister of my heart in Oregon so need more samples, LOL Your quilt is beautiful, you did a wonderful job!!

Karen Price, No particular pattern was used. I just studied curved log cabins and decided on 2 1/2 inch logs for the florals and 1 1/2 inch logs for the greens. I used a different fabric for each round. The blocks ended up 14 1/2 inches. I stripped pieced the logs. used a lot of Best Press and squared up os needed. It really went together quickly and is on my bed. I enjoy it daily!
