I recently had a quilt with several folds in it. Strange as it sounds, I just hand stitched them down like hand stitching binding to the back. It looks like a repair of some sort. Not perfect but there won't be any toe catchers on the back.

Yes, it would make it a bit easier if the fabric had been print, but it's solid due to his wants. lol...Thank you Iceblossom.
I sure thank you all for the helpful suggestions/tips to try. I will probably try some out tonight.
I bookmarked the link for the ladder stitch. It does look good, thank you HouseDragon.
Toverly I will try to make sure I have no toe catchers.

Honestly, is he a quilt judge. Unless the kisses are huge, let them be. It will snuggle and warm even if the kissies are there or not. Good luck

My problem now is that I turned it over and have a couple of bad puckers in the fleece. I need help on how to get them out. I know doing all this on my small throat machine was against better advice, but I had no choice.( It has actually turned out well except for the couple of puckers.) I had struggles when having a real bulk of it all inside the small throat. I did the best I could. I don't know what to do. It is for a new camper he has built himself, and he did a great job on his end. Now he is waiting on my quilt.

I sure do welcome any advice you folks may share.

    Thank you,
    Susan
