Need help identifying again...
Hello again,
Found yet another grouping of assorted vintage sewing machine items in a thrift store. Identified a group of Singer vintage accessories. But was unsure what this was??

That is a whole lot nicer looking than my bed mount binder ( <- that should be a hot link to mine). IIRC it might need a special one toe foot.

As always, thanks for info. Couldn’t figure out why it had that funnel like piece near the 3/16 mark. It’s in good shape except for some wear and tear at the base.
