    Default Disappearing 9 Patch lap quilt finished

    Several weeks ago I posted a thread asking for help creating a disappearing 9 patch lap quilt. I am new at quilting and this quilt was going to be a gift for a 93 year old amazing woman who was my 4-H Adviser and second mom beginning 56 years ago. Each week I take blocks from quilts I am working on to show her but when I gave her this quilt I told her it was for her from my very first stitch. Her joy and our time together last week is a memory I will carry with me throughout my life. Thank you!! [ATTACH=CONFIG]619034[/ATTACH]

    Thats what its all about Reader1. A gift definitely worth so much more than the price of fabric, thread, etc used to make it. One cannot measure the gift truly from the heart. You did a wonderful job - you know your friend thinks that!
