like lilli480 says, try using a small metal washer before the screw, this is what my dealer suggests; I have not tried it yet, but did get the washer for when I do use it.

I took the glide foot off and put on the couching foot - that was a lot of fun and easier than I expected! (not changing the feet but doing the couching).
