    Go to today's post in the Pictures section and look at maryb119 post "all from my scrap box" of her quilt done with 1 1/2 x 2 1/2 strips. All those strips could be a great start for you.....

    I am not aware of any law or rule that says you "have to " use any of those strips.

    I won a similar amount at my last retreat. They are shades of blue batik. I am planning on using Missouri Star's North Star pattern. I have also seen it done as a scrappy. https://www.missouriquiltco.com/shop...-missouri-star

    There are so many ideas. Go to Pinterest and type in "scrappy quilts" and you will find many pictures of scrappy quilts to be inspired by and get ideas from. Good luck and it sounds like you have a lot of suggestions already.

    This was my thrift store find for the weekend, little rail fence quilt for $1.99. I'll take off that green poly blend border and make a wider one with one of my stash calicos that go with the colors, maybe make another row but probably not...
