Changing Password
I'm trying to change my password but every new password I put in, even a computer generated secure password, is flagged invalid. The explanation is password strength. What do I have to do to change my password?

i can't find the answer to the password strength part of the question in the FAQ.

try one that complies with this:
must contain 1 upper case letter, 1 non alpha numeric character and must be longer than 8 chars
non alpha numberic characters are sometimes referred to as special characters.
