Do you have embroidery software to use with JPG files? As your Brother machine dealer if you don't know. I use Husqvarna Viking embroidery software (the top of the line software) that will do digitizing and I can use JPG file with my embroidery machine.

Thanks for your help, I guess I'll have to ask them about jpg files (I don't even know what this is).

You will need the design in the format compatible for your machine. Does this vendor offer your machine format? I like to purchase from recognized vendors and can usually find the design needed for the project. Generally, they stitch our without issues. Good luck!

I have a Brother embroidery machine. Brother uses a PES format, so unless you have a program to change another format to PES, you cannot use it. Just make sure whatever you use or buy is PES format.

I purchased my own digitizing software for use with my brothers machine since when I bought my machine there was nothing available. Most digitizing software is designed to create an embroidery design in any format you need. The less expensive of the 2 digitizing software programs I have is Embird. It is fully capable of doing what you want and for many is prefered. My preference however is by Corel. It is much more costly however. I love the editor in better than Embird. You can take a jpeg and convert it in either of these programs. For me this was the way to go. I have used both so much over the years and just the convenience of having it here has been the biggest advantage..
I would think that the cheap digitizing service would work for you. Especially if you are a novice. Then decide if you want something more.

As you said in your query this is a digitizing service.

You would supply them with a photo in jpeg form and they would digitize it for you into the PES form for your Brother embroidery machine.

If you have something specific you want digitized I believe there are other reputable companies out there. I have never heard this company.

If you are looking just for embroidery files to purchase there are so many reputable companies you can purchase from and so many items to choose from.. I would start with what is on your machine to learn how to use the machine and then branch out to purchasing new embroidery files. Many are very inexpensive. I would not buy anything that is to complex. There can be many color changes and can be quite daunting for a newbie.

I do a lot of embroidery and digitizing and there is a learning curve.

    Have fun.
