The pattern and colors are nice. Equally nice is the machine quilting. Beautiful look on the quilt back!

I love JDJ quilt designs and your creation is no exception. Just beautiful. Congratulations on finishing this beauty.

Sorry for asking these questions but I have never tackled quilting such a project. I have a few questions about your quilting process - I have had no experience with quilting a large project and have only used my regular machines for smaller projects.
Was the quilting done on a long arm?
Did you start in the middle and do specific sections/designs first? Did you do the straight block outlines last?
    Thanks
Hi, Thank you.I use a longarm. I just start at top and work down. With so many small pieces and little empty space I didn't feel an allover design would be complimentary so I used rulers to outline the stars and points and a stipple stitch around the stars to make them more prominent. The outer dark colour wouldn't show much quilting so I did radiating straight lines about 2 inches apart.

I looked up the definition of Master Quilter and sure enough right there it was, it said "just look at SoozieQ's work." This quilt is awesome.
