Black border w/ black binding would be dramatic and give the blocks that
floating illusion. However, sewing black to black is a real pain. Leftover fabric for binding would
be a pretty frame that incorporates all the same interior colors.

Love how the small black border frames it up! And then black binding... Love your OBW. You got some beautiful motifs out of whatever fabric that was.

Black border, black binding. That will let the center shine (as it should - it's gorgeous!).

Always the dissenter! I like #3 - Black border with a wider than usual binding of the print fabric.

Narrow black border, no wider than 2", and a flange binding with black as the main color and the flange of the leftover color print.

This reminded me of the time at retreat I put my finished quilt on the floor and was measuring for binding. Of course everyone had an opinion of the color of binding I needed. I said I'm doing a white binding. They were taken back and said oh no never a white binding and looked at each other. LOL I used white binding and everyone had to agree it looked fantastic. There was no white in the quilt pattern anywhere. I go with my quilt instinct and 99% of the time I'm happy with my choice.
