I picked up this vintage pair on eb*y about 5 years ago, they are marked Singer Made in England. I do not know how old they are, they don't look really old to me. But they sure came in handy putting a new belt on my IF treadle. You can also buy new ones at Wawak called "Belt hole punch pliers"
