Default another baby in the family

Made this quilt for my DH's great niece, who had her second child this summer. I didn't find out about the baby until after it had arrived!
I had purchased a set of 1/2 yard striped fabrics for bindings, and decided to use this brown/pink one for the setting triangle border. then I made the rest of the blocks from my stash. the backing is a piece of Australian fabric I've had for a long time that I didn't really like But I think it worked up nicely for the backing.

Love your baby quilt. Really simple and sweet; the back is an unexpected surprise. The quilting you did on it is fantastic!

Cute quilt! How did you manage to post your pics so they show up as big pics instead of thumbnails????
