Default Two Completed Memory Tops

Now to quilt them! These are made entirely from the clothes of a young man very close to our family. He was a firefighter but was killed in a car wreck a few years ago. His mom and brother are getting these quilts. THey will both have a plain black binding around them after quilting.

Those are fabulous! Are those parts of ball caps I see on some of the squares? So creative!

Those are neat, sewbiz! I really like the addition of the pockets.

Really great, I like the way in used regular fabric shirts, T shirts and jeans together. I'm sure they will be treasured.

Yes, those are ball cap emblems you see. They gave me every bit of his clothing they had left, and it was barely enough to stretch to make 2. His mom did keep his dress blue fireman's shirt, and will be having it shadowboxed, I think.

Thank you for your kindness. I'm hoping these bring love and comfort to the family.

What a kind and generous gift for the family struggling through a tragedy. I love how you incorporated the caps, collars, plackets etc. to make it more interesting and meaningful. Great job and my condolences to the family.
