    Default Block Around the World

I finished this one New Year's Day very early in the morning. Everything was from my stash, including the backing which had to be pieced to make it large enough. The hardest part was the actual quilting because my Janome 1600P wanted to skip stitches and I had to go back and fix them in several spots. It's not a special quilt memory wise and it's only for me, so I'll add it into the cabinet my husband bought me last year. It measures 64 x 64. It's laying on a navy blue rug so don't be confused by the borders.

    Default Blue & Yellow

Your quilt is darling! Yellow &Blue were our wedding colors in 1977. And I still love them together! Your choice of fabrics are so pretty! Beautiful quilt and you did a beautiful job on it you should be so proud of it!

The Trip Around the World is one of my all-time favorite patterns. I think it is my go-to for any occasion. I like your blue and yellow.
