I may be the odd man out...but I would prefer the blocks to be all one size... My concern is getting too many of one size and not a good variety for a sampler quilt. It would be difficult to put together certain combinations. JMHO

You might be able to do sub-groups of ppl for the different sizes to get a good selection if the different block sizes happen :) I am good for snowmen, the xmas sampler would be cute too

Things go smoother if they are not complicated. Keep it in set of the same size. 6 santas, 6 snowflakes, 6 snowmen, etc and you can choose to make as many sets as you wish to get the quilt you want. Moosegirl

I would like to stick with the snowmen and keep the blocks all the same size. Maybe the Christmas mix could be the start of another swap for those interested.
