I think it is pretty but maybe it is all of the dark colors that you don't like. Or maybe if you rearranged the blocks to make a different design. Good luck to you

The block reminds me of drunkard's path. Here's a link to show different ways to lay out the blocks.

It is lovely, try playing around with the layout until you find one you like. There are many ways you could turn the blocks and make it look totally different.

Beautiful blocks!

In my mind, I think it needs red sashing and black cornerstones.

I haven’t read the other suggestions made already.

When I look at the blocks, I think you should play with the layout. Perhaps an arrangement os circles staggered across the quilt.Alternate the circles with plain squares which give you more room to play when quilting. Have fun!

try getting some inspiration from some drunkard path layouts and see what works. I love the fabrics and think it is great, just needs a more interesting layout design to please the eye.

A couple of possibilities from EQ7. I do think you need to change out those light blue centers for something darker. Another option would be to add a bias strip in a darker color to make the lighter blue centers stand out.

I did a fan quilt and found it looked better on point.

Yes, to putting these on point with sashing. It always amazes me how easy that setting is and what interest it creates. I don't know that I'd go to the work of tearing those fans apart until I considered all other alternatives. My luck would be that I'd create "damage" or become so disgusted with the whole thing that I'd ditch it. It's too pretty to do that. Try alternative arrangements first.
