Very nice. I've always wanted to do one and you make is sound so simple. It would be a great way to use scraps also and get that country look with it. You always do such great things.

Eddie, your basket is beautiful. Can't imagine it's a first try!

I have a question...is that Carol Ann the "Quilting by the Mile" Carol Ann? If so, we were best friends in high school (Memphis) and later. Reason I ask, is my friend Carol Ann makes gorgeous baskets too. We just got reconnected 6-8 months ago after YEARS of not seeing each other.

Thanks, Ramona in Mobile

Eddie, I love your bowl. You make everything look so professional. I, too tried the fabric bowl. Here's my first attempt, made with scraps and red thread 'cause I really wanted to see the stitches. This was so much fun, I'm going to do it again.

How cute is that!!?? Nice job. Seems like it would be very hard to handle and that it would be hard on the machine, but they sure are beautiful. Function and beauty--win/win

Love the bowls! I've only tried a little one but now I'm inspired to make a larger one.
