Want to let everyone know, my mom was diagnosed with stage III inflammatory breast cancer yesterday. She goes for a PET scan tomorrow and that will determine if she bumps up to stage IV. Apparently there is only stage III and IV with IBC. By the time there is symptoms, it is stage three. I will be the primary taxi, care giver for my mom. I say this to let you know I will do my very best to keep this swap going. Please be patient with me.
I have been in a fog the last 24 hours and have to pull my big girl pants tomorrow and get on the move. My momma needs me.

My package from Carolinepaj arrived yesterday and it was amazing!
She included a jelly roll, trims she dyed herself, wonder clips, pins, thread, beeswax, post it notes, chocolates, gin, buttons, soap, wax melts, needles and zips (don't think I have forgotten anything!)
It was a very generous package and I am very grateful

I am so sorry to hear this.... you are amazing and I know you will be there for you mum. This swap is fantastic...... but totally unimportant in the scheme of things right now! You need to concentrate on you and your mother. Please tell her we are praying for her and sending positive thoughts!

Thank you everyone. The news from the PET scan was not favorable and we are now waiting for my mom to decide if she wants treatment. The cancer has spread to lymph nodes and her lungs.
