I loaded my pic on my pc and hope it comes right side up here. Don't you like it better with the stripes going across side to side than up and down?
I do want to thank all of you that have taken the time to comment. I am beginning to like it more. I am not a 'red' gal, that's my middle sister.-lol

I love the way that you managed to make the stripes stand out from one another. What a fitting way to honor your brother-in-law's memory. I am sure it will be well-loved and when she is feeling down, she can wrap up in it and feel his presence surround her once again. Great job!

Wonderful and so huge, too. I know this will mean a lot to your sister in law.

You did a wonderful job with all those striped shirts. One of the best memory quilts I've seen.

A wonderful quilt full of memories. I'm sure his wife and daughters will find comfort with this quilt and gifts. I did the same thing with my mom's house dresses when she died and I gave the quilt to my step -father for his 90th birthday. He passed away and I now have the quilt and I love the feel of the soft fabric and all of the memories of have of my mom wearing those dresses. All of them are very bright colors.
