I love you! I love you! I love this group! I got 4 more today and my birthday is 9 days away. Wow! I will post an updated list later. Wheelchair in the back of the SUV for a ride to the country outside of Dallas to the orchard for fresh peaches. It's a beautiful day.

    Thanks to all!

Oh, Crispy Frog, I am drooling over your fresh peaches. Michigan is about 8 to 10 weeks away from those juicy orbs of gold. The past few years we have had freezing weather during bloom time and have not had the abundance of peaches that we had in the past. My grandfather grew peaches for market back in the 1930 - 1980's. I was spoiled. Enjoy one for me, I will taste it vicariously.

Jealous of the fresh peaches. Hauled my O2 tank over rocky desert (all of 20 feet might as well have been 500) to get to my peach tree this year. Poor thing! The squirrels and birds have nicked almost all of them.

Sigh as my body is, I'm at everyone's mercy here and they have full lives. Bad day, wish I could play,.20 years not only would I have said I'd do Jacob's Ladder with ya'll but I'd have already started! By next week I'd have blocks. LOL Machines going in for an overhaul, can't believe it's been over a year already. Needle threader gave up the ghost back during the mask making days before Covid hit. Do all threaders fail right away? I've never had one last. Got the full wrap on my Janome so it's being replaced, free I hope. DH is taking it down next week, one day turn around. Never know, I might get a wind up. Take it easy kids.

I want to join you all with Jacob's Ladder, but I just HAD to try some of the heart blocks that have been calling my name first. It's using up a lot of candies!

My sister is coming to stay with us for a week. She lives is Massachusetts and I haven't seen her in about 5 years. She's coming to see Dad before he passes. She hasn't met our girls before either, so it's going to be an exciting week!

WMUTeach- I remember picking cherries in Michigan, fresh apples, too.
NZQuilter- Have fun catching up with your family. I like your scrappy hearts.
