Hi! I'm wondering if there are any members from the Carson Valley area of Nevada. I will be relocating there after retirement. I thought it would be nice to start connecting with fellow quilters ahead of that big event. I'll be visiting the area several times a year between now & retirement, checking out the quilt shops, houses, amenities of the area (in that order of priority of course! lol). Would love any helpful information local quilters can offer.

Hi! I had a reply all typed up yesterday & lost it in cyberspace. So short version is Hello good to see you here. Checked the distance from Gardnerville to Las Vegas & we will still be the same distance apart as we are now. I seem to remember a discussion in our other group about my sewing machines & that if you were closer you might like to have one of them. Maybe when we move I can talk the DH into taking the longer route & drop it off? lol
