this really hits home for me as I have a sister in FLA. she took her third Covid test this week. Negative She’s vaccinated but any time she has symptoms she gets tested as she’s a caregiver to at risk people. It’s scary in FLA.

It has been confirmed that my sister has the Delta variant of COVID. The hospital is making arrangement for an Ipad visit for the family. This will be over the next couple days as there are so many ahead of me. That is ok though. In some ways I would rather not see her in this condition.

Hi everyone! Just checking in. Today we have lots of wildfire smoke in the area. We are hanging indoors and just really trying to stay still. No sewing for me as my sewing room is now a guest room for the next week. Tomorrow we should get a break from the smoke because the wind will shirt (and send it somewhere else 
)

biblioston - Love the combined block and the virtual quilt. I was thinking of putting a little bit of each scraps in the back, but I love what you did with the block.
