Default Some more ideas needed for scraps?

Yes, you are right, I am scrap addicted: there are lots of them.... My family is calling me "Mother of all Scraps"....
As there are stripes without end I make place mats out of them, very colorful and very "immune" to stains: we have 5 little grandkids...

Oh. Great idea for your scraps. I may have to use this idea for some placemats

Thanks for the great ideas! I've been using up scraps, too. Maybe some new placemats are in my future.

I just told someone I use ALL scraps so if you’re throwing them out don’t . I will take them! They think I’m crazy for fooling with small pieces. When I showed my niece something I made with the scraps she didn’t want she thought it was so pretty. I reminded her it was made from scaps I offered her! You have prettier, brighter scraps than me and great ideas. Thank you for sharing your work and ideas.

I had to laugh with you toogie, everyone thinks I am crazy too. I go to a small quilt group (really just a few people-not a quilt guild) or will when we can again. Everyone there saves their scraps for me, they are amazed when I bring in projects and they find their fabrics in it. But lets face it, it is time consuming and not for everyone. I LOVE scrappy and small, but not miniature.

Cute scrap projects! I have a clothes hamper almost full of scraps that I will have to do something with eventually.

These are so fun! Great way to utilize scraps. Do the grandkids have their own special colors?
