Wilmington Fabrics makes some beautiful basics in pre-cuts. Here's a link: https://wilmingtonprints.com/fat-quarters The 5 Karat Gems are 5" squares. They come in 10" squares and 2 1/2" strips, too. There's a nice green selection. You just have to find them on Etsy or somewhere. Or get a local shop to order them for you.

I bought a few pieces in brown/tan/beige tones from Fat Quarter shop yesterday to go in the quilt I want to make. Very reasonably priced for quarter yards.

Try using witch hazel on your back. You just douse a hand or kitchen towel and place it where the swelling injury is. Keep it on like a compress for a while. Repeat as necessary. Pretty amazing stuff and very inexpensive fix to swelling, bruises and strains.

eQuilter was mentioned before as selling 1/2 yards -- they also have their scrap packs which are wonderful stash enhancers, but ti depends on what you are looking for and what they have. I've gotten a few and was always happy.

Again, you don't know what you will get, but they also have precut packages in various sizes like:

or, just one left of green batiks

These are solids but it’s a start.

I think they will also cut FQ for you.

I’ve had mostly good luck buying fabric bundles on eBay.

Here is a bundle on Etsy and there are more also:https://www.etsy.com/listing/1074257..._click=1&frs=1
