    Default The Great Pumpkin

This one was in a Pat Sloan book called Quilt the Seasons, which I 'think' is now out of print. It's another that has been ready for quilting for quite a while. It was a fun one to do! I did get this one done in time for decorating.

Goodness that must have been from Pat's other life. It looks so different from what she does now and the colors of her fabric lines have changed too. I have enjoyed seeing her older quilts from her quilt archive room. This pumpkin is so fun being exaggerated and not the fat round gourd we so typically see. I can see why you chose this one. It makes one smile.

The fabrics weren't anything she designed. Believe it or not, it was from my scraps.

It made me smile too. Who doesn't like pumpkins and this one really overindulged, like some of us during the holidays.
    So cute.

You did a great job on this quilted wall hanging. I have the booklet too and it is on my list to do.
