    Default Hug Quilt

I recently watched a video to create a hug quilt. The first one (from fabric stash) has no pockets. Big mistake, but still minky lining! This is the third one-I wondered if I could use these orphan blocks. I only had the 6! Voila! They are perfect for sitting around the campfire. Kinda like a shawl.

I love it and it is perfect for a camp fire or being in bed keeping those shoulders and arms warm. Great to use orphan blocks on.

I like your blocks and this idea. Good job!
I will have to check out the video,I may make this. I think it would make my granddaughter Avery something to throw over her and not have to get her arms though. Wish I'd have seen this sooner...

What a great idea........a hug quilt. I had never heard of them before but it is a great idea instead of a cumbersome jacket or heavy sweater. Thanks for the idea, and love your use of orphan blocks to make this one.

I tried to send a private message but did something wrong, so I hope you see this.
    1. About the size. One size fits all but is this latte, med os small.
    2. Did she use bias binding or wof.
    3. Didn’t quite understand the pockets portion. Any advice on those.
    4. Any helpful hints that you have would be appreciated.
    Thanks for sharing.
