Default Great Christmas present thanks to QB

Back in November there was a thread asking members to show the chairs they used for quilting. Several mentioned the Reliable Sewergo chair and posted a handy link. The chair had all the features I wanted plus is manufactured in Canada (a rarity these days). The surprise at finding a Canadian made product prompted me to show it to hubby……who says he ran upstairs to make a note of the name before he forgot…..and now I have a new chair! The funny part is I had bookmarked the site and looked at it frequently. Just last week I noticed and watched an assembly video. The assembly is simple and does not require tools. I had that chair out of the box and assembled in 3 minutes. Hubby is convinced I snooped before Christmas! Thanks to all who recommended this chair….I love it!

Yes, for Canadian Made!!
And what a great present. Your DH is definitely a good listener!!
Thanks for the alert on this, Cattitude! Have never heard of this brand before,
but it sure looks like it was designed by people who know all about intense sewing!!!

For those interested, here's a link ...

Snooped around the site, and saw these lights. This link has some really good background info in understanding lighting for our needs, whether buying their product or another ...
Led Task Light – reliablecorporation.ca
Yes, now you have me lusting over their Uberlight!

A couple of questions, Cattitude ...
1. Did your DH get it at an LQS? Might I ask where? so I can check it out IRL. And possibly they'll have the Uberlights too!!
2. Have you been sewing non-stop since receiving your chair, just to make sure it "works"??

How exciting! I am glad you got it. This should make the joy of sewing even greater.

Oh, that looks so tempting and Canadian-made is the icing on the chair! My sewing room is currently our dining room and I'm learning dining room chairs are NOT suited for extended sewing sessions! Something to add to my wish list for a proper sewing studio someday. :-) Thanks so much for sharing.
