Why Not pudding for breakfast. I have eaten dinner for breakfast and breakfast meals for dinner and pudding for lunch. Your recipe is a good one, Myself I like to make rice pudding and bread pudding.

Breakfast was not my favorite meal as a child, still not that overly fond of it. My Mom would combat this by having me eat a bowl of cereal before bed.

My favorite is leftover pumpkin pie for breakfast the day after Thanksgiving ... and for as many days as it lasts which isn't many.

When my two oldest kids were little, I worked as a bookkeeper. those were the days before breakfast at school like they have now and we would have a variety of things, eggs, cereal, etc. but on Saturdays, I would make a batch of cooked pudding and add a few eggs to it - they really loved that!
